It all comes down to how much support you’re after and whether you need content updates in the mix. Here’s a no-fuss guide to help you choose:
- Small Biz: Just starting out or have a simple brochure site? This one’s got you covered with minimal fuss.
- Company: Running a service-based biz, small e-commerce shop, or blog? This plan keeps things running smoothly with just the right amount of support.
- VIP: Got a busy e-commerce or membership site with lots of content updates? This is the all-in plan for those who need the works!
*What does Unlimited Support mean?
When I say “Unlimited Support,” I mean I’m here for you—no limits, no fuss. Whether you need guidance on how to navigate your website, advice on best practices, or answers to any questions, I’ve got you covered. Just note, this support doesn’t include making changes or fixes to your site; it’s all about helping you manage and understand your website confidently, without any surprise charges or hidden fees.
What plugins are in the library?
This collection is constantly growing, with too many to list here! Some of the favorites include Elementor Pro, Divi, Fluent Forms, Amelia Booking, LearnDash, Perfmatters, Studio Cart, SEOPress Pro, and the Crocoblock Suite—plus loads more.
Are there any setup fees?
If I’m building or redesigning your site, you’re in luck—no setup fees if you jump into our maintenance program right from the start.
However, if I didn’t build your site, or it’s been more than 6 months since I worked on it, there’s a $250 setup fee. This covers migrating your site and giving it a thorough audit to ensure everything’s in top shape.
What happens if I don't sign up for a plan?
Opting out of a Care Plan can lead to some serious headaches. Here’s why staying on top of maintenance is a must:
- Your site won’t be optimised, leading to sluggish performance and slipping Google rankings.
- Outdated plugins, themes, and WordPress versions are a hacker’s playground—keeping them updated is crucial.
- Without regular backups, you risk losing everything if your site gets hacked.
- No monthly reports mean you miss out on insights into your site’s traffic and performance.
- Most importantly, you’ll lose out on having a trusted webmaster on hand to fix issues fast—leaving you to deal with frustrating hosting companies.
*What Can My 30/60 Minutes Be Used For?
Your time can be spent on content updates, tweaking your site’s design, or handling any little fixes you need.
Examples of these are;
- adding a Call to Action (CTA) button
- adding a pre-written blog post
- changing images you have
- adding/changing any pre-written content
- adding a testimonial or review
- adding photos to a gallery
*Does the 30 minutes of content updates rollover each month?
No, your time doesn’t rollover or accumulate. If you need more regular updates, you can always grab one of my Bulk Hour Packs. Just reach out, and I’ll get you sorted.
What if my site gets hacked while on a Plan?
If your site gets compromised while under my care, don’t stress—I’ll clean it up and get everything back on track at no extra cost. Fun fact: I’ve never had a site on my plan get hacked!
What if I pass on the plan and my site gets hacked?
I can help clean up the mess for an initial fee of $650, and then we can get your site on a monthly plan to keep it safe moving forward.
What Happens If I Decide to Cancel My Care Plan?
If you choose to cancel your Care Plan down the line, you can either migrate your site to another host, or I can offer a hosting-only plan to keep things running smoothly.
Are there any cancellation fees?
Nope, no cancellation fees here. Just give me 30 days’ notice, and you’re good to go.
What Happens If You’re Away/Sick/Living It Up on Vacation?
Even when I’m out of the office, your site’s in safe hands. I’ve got a trusted back-up developer who’s fully briefed on all my client projects and care plans. If I know I’ll be away, I’ll give you a heads-up and introduce you, so you’re always in the loop.
Do I Have to Have Hosting Included?
While all my Care Plans include hosting, you’re free to host your site wherever you like. I just ask for access to the hosting server in case any tweaks need to be made on that end.
