As a guideline I allow six to eight weeks for all of my projects. This allows me one-on-one time with you to make sure I understand your business.

For eCommerce projects the timeline is dependent on the build.

Most projects are handled with payments in installments of: 

– 50% deposit to secure your project date. 

– 25% payment prior to stage two of build. 

– 25% payment prior to website launch. 

I do offer payment plans over 6, 12 and 24 months in either fortnightly or monthly payments.

I’ve crafted hassle-free Care Plans starting at just $55 per month.  These plans wrap up all these essentials with a bow on top. So, whether you’re a DIY website adventurer or prefer a helping hand, I’ve got you covered like a warm, comfy blanket on a chilly evening.

If your site should get compromised while you’re on the plan – I’ll take care of cleaning the site and getting everything squared away with Google at no extra cost to you. Don’t worry – I’ve never had a hack or breach with any sites under our maintenance plan.

I can take care of getting the site cleaned for an initial cleanup fee of $650 then we can immediately get your site on our monthly plan to make sure it remains clean and protected form hacks.

As soon as you’re all set to rock and roll – contract signed and that first payment on its way – I’ll whisk over friendly questionnaires.  This isn’t your ordinary Q&A, oh no!
