Nurturing Support Psychology and Play Therapy came to me with a clear goal: to finally finish her website after being left in the lurch by a previous designer. The practice, which offers psychology and play therapy for kids, teens, and parents, needed a site that felt warm and welcoming while still professional and easy to navigate.
The challenge? Striking the right balance between a kid-friendly vibe and something that would resonate with parents—plus making sure the site worked seamlessly and showcased her expertise. Oh, and it had to be SEO-friendly and set up to make Google happy!
The Solution
Starting from scratch, I designed a site that felt like Nurturing Support. Using playful, cartoon-style kids’ toys and shapes in a soft pastel color palette, I created a look that was warm, approachable, and perfectly aligned with Lisa’s brand.
But it wasn’t just about making it look good. I made sure the site worked seamlessly behind the scenes too. The copy was carefully written with SEO in mind, helping more people find Lisa’s services online and improving her visibility on Google. I also included a simple, easy-to-use enquiry form so parents could reach out without any hassle.
